Jelly fig from Taiwan that my mum loved to eat and make herself.
Steps

Put Aiyu seeds into strainer bag and tie bag.

Put water into container, container should not be oily.
- 3
Rub the bag of Aiyu seeds in the water for 5-7 minutes. The water will gradually turn yellow.
- 4
Leave Aiyu to set for about 1 hour.
- 5
Serve with lemon, honey, or other drinks as desired.
