Gather all the ingredients for the soup.

Sauté the onion and tomato, both diced, in a pan.

Add the shrimp and cook together. Then add 2 cups of water.

Add the potatoes (cut into quarters), green peas, noodles, and spinach.

Bring to a boil and add the mussels to the pot. When the mussels open, they are cooked.

At the end, add the 2 eggs and milk, and stir.

Serve hot!
