Wash rice then put in a clean pot add water then set to boil for 10minites

Wash then strained the rice keep aside

Place a dry pot on heat, add vegetable oil after 2minites add onion, pepper, tomatoes paste then stir very well for 3minites

After which add water, crayfish, Maggi, salt, jellof rice spice.

Allow to boil for 5 minutes, then add rice. Water should be at the top of the rice then allow to dry up

After 10minites of heating, turn of heat. Serve the rice in a plate.

Wash and slice fresh tomatoes, put as the surface then lettuce.
