2 teaspoonsoil

Mix all spices and grinded garlic for taste

Boil your chicken for 15 minutes

Add your onion and rajah

And potatoes cut in half

When the potatoes are tender add your parsley with thbyour green pepper diced

Let it simmer for 30 minutes
