So my sisters decided they wanted to eat chicken nuggets today. I know they go with dipping sauce but we had it with chilled Sprite. Enjoy

Wash chicken breast and dry with a paper towel.

Slice into thin strips and season with salt and cayenne pepper

Season flour with salt, oregano and a sprinkle of cayenne pepper (Yoruba family lol)

Crack an egg in a bowl and add little water and whisk for a bit

Crush cornflakes and set aside. You can use seasoned breadcrumbs, or any other cereal here

Coat chicken in flour then egg and the cereal.

Fry in oil for about 2-3 minutes. Enjoy!
