Homemade Chicken Nuggets

I made these nuggets because I wanted to make something nice using the ground chicken I bought on sale. This is easier and quicker than making burgers.
They will expand when they are fried, so when fixing the shape in step 4, flatten them a little.

Add all the flavourings except the flour (including the corn starch) to the ground chicken, add the egg and mix well until sticky.

Roll the mixture out into oval shapes and put in a baking dish fully coated with flour.

Flip the nuggets over, so they are lightly coated with flour, and let them sit for a while.

Reshape the nuggets and fry in oil heated to 340°F - 360°F/170°C - 180°C. When they are crispy and golden, they're done.
