Chicken Nuggets from Breast Meat and Okara

I mixed chicken breast meat and okara, which I've been into recently, to make these chicken nuggets. These were more delicious than using just chicken! lol

I don't really have hints. You could you use ground chicken, but chicken meat you've minced yourself is better!! They also have a great smell when frying.
Fry them so that the oil is about halfway up the nuggets and they turn out pretty~ Recipe by Tsubasa mama 115

Ingredients

12 servings
  1. 1breast Chicken breasts
  2. 200 gramsFresh okara
  3. 1egg Egg (medium)
  4. 1 tbspMayonnaise
  5. 1 tbspKatakuriko (or potato starch)
  6. 1 tbspBeef dashida
  7. 1 tbspGarlic powder
  8. 1Black pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Remove the skin and finely chop the chicken.

  2. 2

    I cut them into small pieces with a knife.

  3. 3

    Assemble all the ingredients in a bowl and mix together.

  4. 4

    This is what is looks like mixed together

    Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan to 180℃. Scoop the mixture into the pan with a spoon.

    Once they are golden brown, they are done!
