Chicken Nuggets from Breast Meat and Okara

I mixed chicken breast meat and okara, which I've been into recently, to make these chicken nuggets. These were more delicious than using just chicken! lol
I don't really have hints. You could you use ground chicken, but chicken meat you've minced yourself is better!! They also have a great smell when frying.
Fry them so that the oil is about halfway up the nuggets and they turn out pretty~ Recipe by Tsubasa mama 115

Simple Chicken Nuggets Simple Chicken Nuggets
I prefer the chicken nuggets from McDonalds better, but these are good too.I thought that I could make this recipe at home, so I tried to re-create it.The ratio for the panko to flour is 2:1.Feel free to add in as much as you like of onion powder, nutmeg, mayo, etc. It will be delicious this way too.The nugget patties are soft, so handle them with your hands and not with cooking chopsticks. I used to make these alot when my children were toddlers, as they're texture is easier to chew than breasts or tenderloins. They're also a good texture now that were dealing with wiggly teeth. They're good to make ahead and freeze for a fast and simple kid friendly dinner on busy nights. Recipe adapted from : MOMables.com Christina -

Homemade Chicken Nuggets Homemade Chicken Nuggets
I made these nuggets because I wanted to make something nice using the ground chicken I bought on sale. This is easier and quicker than making burgers. They will expand when they are fried, so when fixing the shape in step 4, flatten them a little.Ground meat cooks quickly, so when the nuggets have changed colour, it means that they are more or less cooked through to the middle. I've been trying to increase my repertoire of delicious recipes for inexpensive chicken breast. This is one of the recipes I came up with. Kids really love this dish.I like this with Yoshida barbecue sauce from Costco. Of course, it's also delicious with other sauces or ketchup. You could divide it up into small portions for freezing or to put in lunch boxes. Recipe by Kanpa-nyu!! cookpad.japan -
Cheap But Delicious Karaage-Style Chicken Nuggets Cheap But Delicious Karaage-Style Chicken Nuggets
I saw a photo of this by a blogging friend, and thought "This should go so well with beer!" so I adapted it. When chopping up the chicken and onion, you can use a food processor if you like. Please adjust the amount of ginger, garlic and soy sauce to your taste. I like to have this with beer, so I add a lot of all three. Be generous with the katakuriko to prevent the nuggets from falling apart while frying them. Cut the chicken and and onion as finely as you like (they are easier to fry if you cut them up pretty finely). You can use grated garlic and ginger from tubes. For 2 servings. I wanted to do something different with boiled soybeans. I've heard of okara nuggets, so I thought it would also work with boiled soybeans. If you don't have a food processor, finely mince the chicken with a knife (or use minced chicken breast). You can also use a mortar and pestle to crush the soybeans. Although the seasoning may not appear sufficient, it is concentrated enough. Serve with sauce to taste.
