1 tbspDry mustard
1 1/2 tspSalt
1/2 cupFlour
1/4 tspPepper
3 tbspShortening
2 1/2-3 lbsround steak
1 1/2Onions, diced
2Carrots, diced
2 tbspWoschiosire sauce
2 tbspBrown sugar
2 cupCanned tomatoes

Mix first 4 ingredients and dredge steaks in mixture.

Brown meat in shortening in a skillet.

Move to a greased baking dish and add remaining ingredients.

Cover and bake at 325°F for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
