Ingredients

  1. 1 tbspDry mustard
  2. 1 1/2 tspSalt
  3. 1/2 cupFlour
  4. 1/4 tspPepper
  5. 3 tbspShortening
  6. 2 1/2-3 lbsround steak
  7. 1 1/2Onions, diced
  8. 2Carrots, diced
  9. 2 tbspWoschiosire sauce
  10. 2 tbspBrown sugar
  11. 2 cupCanned tomatoes

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix first 4 ingredients and dredge steaks in mixture.

  2. 2

    Brown meat in shortening in a skillet.

  3. 3

    Move to a greased baking dish and add remaining ingredients.

  4. 4

    Cover and bake at 325°F for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
