Ingredients

  1. 2 lbBoneless steaks
  2. 1 cupChopped onions
  3. Butter
  4. 2 cupWater
  5. 2Bouillon cubes
  6. 1 cloveGarlic
  7. 3 tbspFlour
  8. 3/4 tspSalt
  9. 1 dashPepper
  10. 1/2 cupSour cream
  11. Cooked noodles or Rice

Steps

  1. 1

    Brown meat with butter, add onion, and seasonings (water, flour, salt, garlic, and pepper.)

  2. 2

    Add bouillon and cook till tender. (2-3 hours in crock pot)

  3. 3

    Stir in sour cream, and serve with noodles or rice.
