Ingredients

2 lbBoneless steaks
1 cupChopped onions
Butter
2 cupWater
2Bouillon cubes
1 cloveGarlic
3 tbspFlour
3/4 tspSalt
1 dashPepper
1/2 cupSour cream
Cooked noodles or Rice

Steps

Brown meat with butter, add onion, and seasonings (water, flour, salt, garlic, and pepper.)

Add bouillon and cook till tender. (2-3 hours in crock pot)

Stir in sour cream, and serve with noodles or rice.
