Ingredients

  1. 6buttermilk biscuits
  2. 12eggs
  3. 1/2onion, diced
  4. 1 1/2 cupbacon, diced
  5. 1/2 cupchedder cheese
  6. 1/2 cupmozzarella cheese
  7. 1/2 tspsalt
  8. 1/2 tsppepper
  9. 1 tbspchives, chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    Whisk together eggs, onion, bacon, cheese, salt and pepper

  2. 2

    Place buttermilk biscuits in a greased 9x9 inch casserole dish

  3. 3

    Pour the egg mixture over them.

  4. 4

    Top with chives

  5. 5

    Bake at 180°C for 30-35 minutes.

  6. 6

    Let cool and top with more chives (optional)
