Ingredients

6buttermilk biscuits
12eggs
1/2onion, diced
1 1/2 cupbacon, diced
1/2 cupchedder cheese
1/2 cupmozzarella cheese
1/2 tspsalt
1/2 tsppepper
1 tbspchives, chopped

Steps

Whisk together eggs, onion, bacon, cheese, salt and pepper

Place buttermilk biscuits in a greased 9x9 inch casserole dish

Pour the egg mixture over them.

Top with chives

Bake at 180°C for 30-35 minutes.

Let cool and top with more chives (optional)
