Whisk egg with 1tsp of oil. Set aside

Heat 1tsp oil in skillet over med-high. Add seasoned chicken then stir fry (if precooked skip)

Heat remaining oil then add frozen veg and green onion. Stir fry until tender, add garlic and cook 30sec. Push aside veggies add egg and scramble.

Add cooked chicken, rice, soy toss to combine.
