Steps
- 1
Fill pot with water, heat to a boil while following the other steps.
- 2
Heat olive oil and butter, adding garlic once butter's foam has subsided. Cook until garlic is slightly browned at edges.
- 3
Add white wine to pan, cooking for 3-5 minutes.
- 4
Add shrimp to pan, cooking longer if raw (6-8 minutes). Pre-cooked shrimp only needs to heat thoroughly and absorb/impart some flavor (3-4 min).
- 5
Remove shrimp when cooked/heated, and place into temporary bowl.
- 6
Add pasta to boiling water, careful to undercook it (3-4 minutes only). Remove and place in pan with the sauce, finishing the cooking with an additional 2-3 minutes.
- 7
Add salt, pepper, and parsley to taste. Remove from heat, and add shrimp to individual plates before serving. Enjoy!
