Wash the chicken well and soak it in water, vinegar, and salt for half an hour.

In a baking dish, place the onion, green and red bell peppers, and chopped tomatoes. Season with salt and black pepper, and mix them well together.

Then, set aside half of this mixture. Arrange the potato slices in the dish, sprinkle some of the mixture over them, then place the chicken pieces on top and add the remaining mixture over the chicken.

In a bowl, mix the tomato paste with some oil, a cup of water, and a little salt, and pour it over the chicken casserole.

Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake in the oven until cooked through. Uncover to allow the top to brown.
