  • 1/2 cupSultanas
  • 2 mediumBeetroot
  • 4Carrots
  • 10Mint leaves
  • 1/2 cupSunflower seeds
  • Dressing
  • 1Juice of orange
  • 2 tbspBalsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbspHoney
  • 1 tspSalt
  • 4 tbspOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Put sultanas in boiling water to fatten

  2. 2

    Peel and grate the beetroot and carrots.

  3. 3

    Mix the dressing.

  4. 4

    Drain the sultanas.

  5. 5

    Mix all ingredients. serve.
