Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 375'F

Boil potatoes in water until tender. Then mix drained potatoes, butter and tandoori in a baking pan. Then bake potatoes for 20 minutes.

In one bowl, dissolve the yeast and honey in 1/4 cup warm water.

In another bowl, combine the flour and the salt. Add the oil, the yeast mixture, and the remaining water.

Mix until forms a ball. Knead the dough.

Cover the dough with a damp towel and let it rise in a cool area for a couple hours.

Split the dough into 2 balls. Roll them out into pizza pies.
- 8
Using a fork, poke air holes all over the top of pizza pies.

Using the back of a spoon, spread pesto on pizza.

Spread potatoes all over.
- 11
Sprinkle cheese all over.
- 12
Bake pizza for 15-18 mins.
