Ingredients

  1. 400 gmGreen gram (choliya) -
  2. 2 medium sizeGround onions-
  3. 2 medium sizeGround tomato
  4. 1 small piece - ginger
  5. 2 PiecesGarlic -
  6. 1Green chilli
  7. 1 small spoonTurmeric powder -
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. 2Bay leaves
  10. 1/2 small spoonCumin seeds -
  11. 3 spoonsOil
  12. as neededWater

Steps

  1. 1

    First put pressure cooker on gas and add three spoons of oil

    When the oil becomes hot, add cumin and Bay leaves in it.

  3. 3

    After the cumin and Bay leaves becomes light red, add onion and roast it.

  4. 4

    Once the onion turns red, add ginger garlic and green chilli paste.

  5. 5

    Fry lightly and add grounded tomatoes and fry it well.

  6. 6

    After that put choliya (green gram) and run it well.

    After this add salt and turmeric and fry it well.

  8. 8

    Add three bowl water and close the pressure cooker and let it take 10 to 12 whistle.

    Serve with bread and salad in the plate and enjoy.
