Steps

First put pressure cooker on gas and add three spoons of oil

When the oil becomes hot, add cumin and Bay leaves in it.

After the cumin and Bay leaves becomes light red, add onion and roast it.

Once the onion turns red, add ginger garlic and green chilli paste.

Fry lightly and add grounded tomatoes and fry it well.

After that put choliya (green gram) and run it well.

After this add salt and turmeric and fry it well.

Add three bowl water and close the pressure cooker and let it take 10 to 12 whistle.

Serve with bread and salad in the plate and enjoy.
