  3. 170 gsugar
  4. 2 tspbaking powder
  5. 1/4 cuplemon juice
  6. 1/2 (1 cup)milk
  7. 3eggs
  8. Alittle sultanas

    Preheat covered sufuria on a stove

  2. 2

    Sieve dry ingredients

  3. 3

    Cream sugar and butter

  4. 4

    Add three eggs bit by bit

  5. 5

    Add flour,milk, lemon juice and sultanas

  6. 6

    Bake when the oven stove is hot, after 10 mins
