Ingredients

  • 200 gmCurd
  • 2ice cubes
  • 4 tspBoondi
  • to tasteSalt and black pepper according
  • 1 tspRoasted jeera powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil water add boondi and strain immediately.

  2. 2

    Beat the curd add 2 tsp water if needed add boondi.

  3. 3

    Add salt and black pepper according to taste.

  4. 4

    Add ice cubes and roasted jeera powder.

  5. 5

    Yummy boondi raita is ready.
