Ingredients

20-25 min

4-5 serving

300 gmGreen mango
2 cupSugar
to tasteSalt
1/2 tspTermeric
1 tspMustard oil
1/2 tspBlack mustard
2-3 pieceDry red chillies

Wash the mango and pat dry and peeled.

Cut the mango and heat oil in a pan, add black mustard & dry red chilli.

Add mango and stire. Add salt and termeric and add water and bring it to boil.

Add sugar and boil 5 min and ready to serve.
