Bloom yeast for about 5 min.

Mix dry ingredients (add up to 1/2 cup more flour, if necessary) + ~2 tbsp evoo

After mixing, slowly add liquid and mix together until it forms a ball

Knead dough for about 10 min.

Divide into two, add EVOO to two bowls, form two dough balls, spin them around in the bowls and cover with Saran Wrap for 2 hours.

Bake at 475 (preheat for 20) for 20 min.
