I enjoy having smoothie that is protein and fiber rich after a good workout that's not full of artificial sugar. I use sun butter to give it a little punch which taste the same as peanut butter but is better for you. It's also a great filling way to start the day!

  2. 1 cupRaspberries
  3. 1 cupBlackberries
  4. 1/3 cupChocolate whey protein
  5. 1 tbspSunbutter
  6. 1Ripe banana
  7. 4Ice cubes
  8. 1 cupUnsweetened vanilla almond milk

    Add liquids first, then powder, Sunbutter, fruit and ice. I prefer to use frozen fruit.

    Toss in a blender on liquefy
