Cut fruit in half add nuts, dredge in cup of flour with salt add. Add dates mix well. Drizzle can of condensed milk over mixture mix well, until all flour is combined.

I line my small tin pans with parchment paper and I use vegetable oil and grease paper and side of pans. You could large loaf pan or a tube pan, like the small loafs. Bake at 300°F for 45 to 50 with the smaller pans and hour with larger pan. Cool for 10 minutes, run knife around sides turn over should come right out. I wrap and place in refrigerator for week before Christmas.
