Steps

Wash & pressure cook the raw mango with little water for about 3/4 whistles.

Cooled down completely.

Peel the skin of raw mango & also remove the seed, mash it & take out the pulp.

Grind pulp & jaggery together & make a smooth paste & sieve it.

Add saffron strands & cardamom powder mix well.

Remove it in a air tight container & refrigerate.

Whenever you want to serve pour 4 tsp of pulp in a glass add water & pinch of salt & mix well.

Serve chilled.
