Ingredients

  1. 1Raw Mango (large)
  2. -1 big bowl full (175 gms)Jaggery
  3. 1-1/2 tspRoasted cumin powder
  4. 1 &1/2 tspBlack salt
  5. 1 & 1/2 tspBlack pepper powder
  6. 1 cupWater for boiling Mango

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly wash & peel the Mango.cut it into small cubes...place the pieces into a vessel that can fit inside the pressure cooker

  2. 2

    Thereafter roughly churn the Jaggery in mortar & pestle..

  3. 3

    Now on stove top heat the pressure cooker with 1 cup of water into it place a stand...on the top of stand put the vessel full of mango cubes...pressure cook it till 2 whistle....

  4. 4

    Once the pressure is released let it cool...afterwards into a mixer jar add the mango cubes followed by adding jaggery jeera powder black pepper powder & black salt...Run the mixer till it becomes a smooth paste...make sure don't add water...

  5. 5

    Here the concentrated form of panna is ready...pour that smooth puree into freezer safe container...you can even keep it in the fridge too...

    Whenever require put 3 teaspoon full of panna puree with a glass of water shake it well and a glass full of mango panna is ready...If you will find lack of sweetness then add one teaspoon of honey per glass

  7. 7

    The quantity of jaggery depends upon the sourness of mango...The less sour is the mango the less quantity of jaggery has to be added
