For the Uttapams..
Combine all the ingredients along with ¾ cup of water and blend in a mixer to a smooth paste. Cover with a lid and keep aside for to ferment for 15 minutes..

How to proceed
Heat a non-stick tava (griddle) and grease it using ¼ tsp of oil. - 3
Pour a ladleful of the batter on the tava and spread it evenly in a circular motion to make 1 round Uttapam..

Smear ½ tsp of oil around the edges and cook on a medium flame till the Uttapam turns light brown in colour.

Spread one portion vegetables of uttpam batter.

When the lower side of the Uttapam is lightly browned.

Turn the uttapam cook on slow flame till it cook cmpletly.Take it into plate..

Serve hot with ketch up or chutney...
