Ingredients

  • 2 bowlsPotato boiled and mashed
  • 1 bowlSugar
  • 4-5 tspDesi ghee
  • 1 tspCardamom powder
  • 1Banana
  • As neededCashewnuts for decorating

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat desi ghee in pan.

  2. 2

    Add mashed potato and saute it for 5 minutes

  3. 3

    Now add sugar and cardamom powder and mix well

  4. 4

    Saute it till the mixture start thickening

  5. 5

    Take it down and serve with banana and keshewnuts your potato shira is ready.
