Ingredients

  1. 1red onion - finely diced
  2. 6garlic cloves - minced
  3. 1ginger - finely diced
  4. 1tumric root - finely diced
  5. 6-8 red chilies - finely diced
  6. 1lemon grass stalk , white bit only - finely diced
  7. 2 tbspmalasian curry powder
  8. 1 tbspshrimp paste
  9. 2 tbspsea salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Place all the above ingredients into a blender and blitz until it comes together as a paste , adding a couple of water as you go just to help bring it all together .

  2. 2

    Store in clean fresh jar , with.airtight lid and place in the refrigerator till needed . Enjoy . :-)
