Ingredients

1red onion - finely diced
6garlic cloves - minced
1ginger - finely diced
1tumric root - finely diced
6-8 red chilies - finely diced
1lemon grass stalk , white bit only - finely diced
2 tbspmalasian curry powder
1 tbspshrimp paste
2 tbspsea salt

Steps

Place all the above ingredients into a blender and blitz until it comes together as a paste , adding a couple of water as you go just to help bring it all together .

Store in clean fresh jar , with.airtight lid and place in the refrigerator till needed . Enjoy . :-)
