  1. Main Curry Portion
  2. 1 kgChicken with bones
  3. 3 tbspgarlic paste
  4. 1 1/2 smallginger paste
  5. 2 tbspGaram Masala
  6. 1 tbsppaprika
  7. salt
  8. 6 largeonion, chopped (in big cubes)
  9. 6 largetomato (also cut in large cubes)
  10. 1 tspvegetable oil (mustard oil is recommended)
  11. topping part
  12. 1chopped Coriander
  13. 1chopped parsley
  14. 1powder cinnamon

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Fry the onions in oil. And after the onions become transparent add the meat.

  2. 2

    After the meat start changing colour, add salt. After 2 minutes, when the meat starts to leave water add the tomatoes.

  3. 3

    Close the lid and wait for some time. When the tomatoes all cook. Add the garlic and ginger paste. Then add some water to give the curry a gravy. Then add the garam masala

    Close the lid and cook for 10-20 minutes or until the meat becomes tender.

  5. 5

    Top the curry with some coriander, parsley and some cinnamon powder.
