Wrap salmon fillet in tinfoil and bake in oven for 10 minutes at 200C. Warm wrap for 10 seconds in microwave and arrange cottage cheese, avocado and tomato on it. Add salmon, season with salt and pepper and fold. I like to use tinfoil to hold it together so that it's easier and less messy to eat :)
