Quick Caramel Cream with a Pressure Cooker

I knew that I could make a caramel cream easily with condensed milk, and thought I might be able to make this quicker.
The first recipe I previously uploaded required the can to be turned over midway through cooking. I revised the process to make it easier. When you take the can out of the pressure cooker, be careful not to burn yourself. I suggest using tongs. The longer you cook the milk, the stronger the colour of the caramel cream. Steps
- 1
Put the can of condensed milk in a pressure cooker and fill with plenty of water about 1 cm above of the can.
- 2
Once the pressure cooker starts to vigorously emit steam, reduce to low heat for 20 minutes. Turn off the heat and let it sit another 20 minutes. Leave the can inside the cooker.
- 3
Cool the can down first and open the top. Transfer the cream to a jar or container.
