Put oil in a pot add onions cook until is brown.

Add meat let it boil until the water is finished then stir.

Add pilau masala let it cook for 10 minutes stir as you add ginger cook for 5 minutes stir

Then add tomato paste cook for 10 minutes

Add garlic cook for 10 minutes stir then add soysauce cook for 10 minutes

Then add water let boil as you wash rice and add to the sufuria and reduce the heat.

Cook until the water is finished and let it dry for about 5 minutes then remove from fire and your pilau is ready.
