For Bhature:-

Clean maida and add curd,salt and baking powder make dough of it.

Keep dough for 2-3 hours in a clean utensil.

Take a pan add refined.

Roll the dough by roller(belan) and fry them.

For chhole:-

Boil chhole and then gring tomato,green chilli,adrak.

Take an iron pan add refined in it and then add jeera and then add grinded batter in it cook it.

Add kasturi methi,chana masaala,salt,chilli powder in it and mix well and cook for 3-4 minutes add boiled chhole in it and cook on low flame.

Serve with salad.
