Frist take a big bowl.

Put rice flour or besan mix together.

Add curd and mix it well

If ur mixer is dry u can add 1 to 2 or more water

If u make leftover rice no need to water only 1 to 2 tbsp curd used.

Mix it without any lambs

Than add green chilli, onion, salt and again mix it well

Batter is not too much thin or thick.

Take a portion of mixer in a hand make flate vadas and make whole in middle.

Heat oil in a wok for fry them

Fry till golden brown

Remove the tissue paper for absorb extra oil

Now serve it with coconut chutney and sambhar too.
