Ingredients

2 kgwashed and cut raw mango
1/2 kgcleaned chickpeas
100 gmsalt
1/2 tspred chilli
1 tspsaunf
1 tspmustard seeds
1 tspkalonji
1 tspturmeric powder
20dry red chillies
1/2 litremustard oil

Steps

Dry the mangoes in sun light.

Dry roast the masalas and coarsly grind.

Put.mangoes in a jar.

Add chickpeas.dry red chillies.

Nw add salt and all masalas stir well.

Rest for 1 night.

Morning heat the oil till smoking point.

Cool and mix in the pickle.

Keep in sunlight till 2 days.

Safe for many years.
