Go Green...it's a traditional breakfast of North India...loved by all from elder to little ones..As we can see in any occasion..like marriage party,festivals,birthday or anything special For us..we use to prepare poori for that..
Today I m giving little twist in pooris to make it more healthy and tasty for breakfast..

First, in a mixer jar add 1 cup spinach and make a paste by adding 1-2 tspn of water(if required)

Now in a bowl take wheat flour add salt and ajwain and mix well.. now by adding little spinach paste at a time make a soft dough..no water required..rest it for 10 mins..

Now from the dough make small sized ball and roll it with rolling pin..in small size..

Now heat the oil in a wok..and leave ur poori in that and deep fry it..

After frying from both the side..take it out in a plate..and serve hot with potato fry,pickle,sauce, or chutney..and enjoy..😊😊
