Chop onion, chilli and keep aside.

Chop raw mango in all pieces

In a pan heat oil add peanuts and fry till crisp and brown.

Now add cummin, mustard seeds let it splutter

Add finely chopped onion and curry leaves and Cook for 1-2 mins.

Add green chillies, chopped mango, turmeric salt coriander leaves and mix.

In this mixture now add cooked rice and mix well.

Garnish with coriander leaves, raw mango and with fried red chilli. Your spicy tangy Mavinkayi Chitraanna is ready to serve.
