2 lbPotatoes
8 ozTomato Sauce
1 1/2 tspSalt
1/2 tspGround Pepper
1/2 tspGround Cumin
1 cloveGarlic, crushed

Peel and cut potatoes into 1/2" cubes.

Cut steak into cubes. Brown in shortening in a heavy skillet.

Add potatoes and continue to cook.

Add tomato sauce, salt, pepper, cumin powder and garlic.

Add about 1 cup of water and simmer until meat and potatoes are tender. Adjust seasoning and thickness, and serve.
