My phone was broke for few month and I`m happy that now its working. Yesterday I plan my menu of samp so the best way is to prepare it a day ahead cause to be soft and creamy needs time .

My phone was broke for few month and I`m happy that now its working. Yesterday I plan my menu of samp so the best way is to prepare it a day ahead cause to be soft and creamy needs time .

Ingredients

  1. 4 1/2 cupssamp
  2. 5 literwarm water to soak
  3. 250 gRama margarine
  4. 125 mlCremora
  5. to tastearomat

    As the samp is previously soaked overnight, then pour it into a pot and slow cook. if you have a pressure cook it perfectly on that pot.

    Now and then check it to see that is soft and need water again

    If now it's soft and the water is changing starting to be like samp in a sense of being thick.

    Then pour your Rama and stir to see that it's mixed well.

    After few minutes the pour your Aromat and your Cremora then mix well use your potatoes mash to mash it to be creamy and thick so as smooth. This dish is the traditional dish we enjoy it at a wedding, funeral and family gathering its a soul food for South African mine it's going to be enjoyed with lamb stew my mom is busy with it.
