Cream together butter and sugar and add in the eggs. Mix well

Add in the caramel and white chocolate and stir through

Add the coffee and the flour and mix until smooth (it will seem lumpy because of the chocolate) prepare your cake cases, fill and place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 12 minutes

Remove from the oven and decorate with the butter icing.
