Raw Mango Ice Cream
Steps

Take 2 cups fresh cream and add into mixer grinder and we have to mix until we get soft peak and cream becomes fluffy.

Now take a saucepan add grated raw mango, sugar and water cook this mixture until this grated mango become soft.

Switch off the flame and we will let this cool completely.

After that take another saucepan add milk and boil it.

Now take a bowl pour 3-4 tbspn milk and add 1 tbspn corn flour mix it well, now this mixture add into milk and just keep on stirring continuously until the milk thickens.

Switch off the flame and we will let this cool completely.

After that grated mango mixture and milk pour into grinder and make smooth paste and add food colour also.

Now add mango and corn flour puree into cream and then adding condensed milk mix this mixture.

Take a plastic airtight container pour this mixture and refrigerate 6-8 hours or over night.

Now ice cream is ready to eat.
