Ingredients

  1. 1medium cauliflower
  2. 1onion
  3. Mustard oil
  4. 1/2 tablespooncumin seeds
  5. 1/4 tablespoonMustard seeds
  6. 1/4 tablespoonfenugreek seeds
  7. 1/2 tablespoonfennel seeds
  8. 1 tablespoononion seeds
  9. 1/4 tablespoonhaldi powder
  10. 3finally chopped green chilli
  11. to tasteSalt
  12. 1 spoonginger-garlic

Steps

  1. 1

    Chopped green chilli, onion, cauliflower and keep a side.

  2. 2

    Wash cauliflower properly

  3. 3

    Heat mustard oil in a pan add mustard seeds, jeera, fenugreek seeds, fennel seeds, onion seeds, hing and saute till the seeds splutter.

  4. 4

    Add chopped onion, gngr-grlic paste, green chilli and saute till translucent.

  5. 5

    Add chopped cauliflower and salt mix well.

  6. 6

    Cover and cook on medium flame till cauliflower done..

  7. 7

    Serve hot with poori or chapati..
