Ingredients

  1. 200 gramsMinced Pork (or Beef or Chicken)
  2. 4 piecesEgg
  3. 100 gramsSpinach
  4. 1 tbspSuger
  5. 2 tspSake (Cooking Rice Wine)
  6. 2 tspSugar
  7. 6 tspSoy Sauce

Cooking Instructions

    Beat the eggs into a bowl and beat them. Add 1 tbsp Sugar and mix it well. Heat a frying pan. Cook quickly with 4 chopsticks until the mix is well scrambled and heated through. After that, put it on a dish.

    Put the meat and 2 tsp Sake, 2tsp sugar and 4tsp Soy Sauce in the frying pan and heat while mixing. (You do not need to wash the frying pan) Cook with 4 chopsticks until the mix is well scrambled and heated through. After that, put it on a dish.

    Blanch and chop the spinach trefoil, squeeze out the water and mix with 2 tsp Soy Sauce.

    Spread egg, minced pork and spinach on top of the rice.
