Ingredients

  • 2 bowlboiled black chane
  • 1 tspchopped ginger
  • 1 tspchopped green chillies
  • 1 tspgaram masala
  • 1 tspcoriander powder
  • 1/2 tspajwain
  • pinchhing
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspdry mango powder
  • to tastesalt
  • as neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a wok add hing,ajwain,chopped ginger and chilli and saute for 2 minutes.

  2. 2

    Add red chilli powder,garam masala,coriander powder,salt,dry mango powder and saute it.

  3. 3

    Now add boiled chane and enough water and cook on low flame 20 minutes.
