I added vegetables to my 2 colour soboro rice bowl, for a 3-colour version of the dish.

If you season the greens with soy sauce, firmly ring out excess liquid, and season again. This will avoid soggy greens and will taste delicious. Recipe by Pukuttopukumaru

Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 4bowlfuls Warm cooked rice
  2. 1use Chicken soboro
  3. 1use Egg soboro
  4. 1/2 bunchSpinach (or komatsuna)
  5. 1/2 tspSoy sauce

Cooking Instructions

    Make the chicken soboro..

    Make the egg soboro. See.

  3. 3

    Briefly boil the spinach (or komatsuna) in salted water. Drain and cut off the stems. Sprinkle with a little bit of soy sauce (not listed).

    Wait about 5 minutes and then drain again, wringing out the water until dry. Cut the leaves into 8mm pieces and put into a bowl. Mix with soy sauce.

    In a serving bowl, layer the bottom with rice, and arrange the chicken soboro, egg soboro, and spinach (komatsuna) on top.
