  1. 250 gramCorn
  2. 2 tablespoonCream
  3. 2 tablespoonCashew paste
  4. 2 tablespoonTomato purre
  5. 1 teaspoonKitchen king masala
  6. 1 teaspoonKasuri methi
  7. 1 tablespoonOil
  8. to tasteSalt

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Put 1 tablespoon oil in a pan.

  2. 2

    After the pan heats add tomato puree.

  3. 3

    After frying for 2 minutes add cashew paste.

  4. 4

    After 5 mintutes add corn.

  5. 5

    Add kasuri methi and salt and stir well.

  6. 6

    At last add cream and Corn malai is ready.
