Steps

Roast the eggplant and peel off

Add oil in a pan heat it and saute the onion and garlic

Add salt,green chillies and turmeric powder mix well

Add the roasted eggplant and mix well

As the eggplants become tender add tomato cubes and cover
- 6
Finally add sugar and mix well
- 7
Garnish it with slitted green chilli,crushed lentil dumplings and tomato slices and serve
