In a kadhai,pour some oil,add half teaspoon mustard, half teaspoon jeera,hing,turmeric, roasted Chana half cup daal, groundnuts halfcup,saute it till brown.

Add salt as per taste, red chilli powder one or half teaspoon as per taste.switch off the gas.

Add kurmura and mix all the ingredients well.final output tastes awesome and a must have in kitchen.

You can add garlic chopped half teaspoon and roast it in oil for different flavor.
