This is a tasty dish made of masala juice
Steps

Wash and marinate the fish with salt and turmeric powder

Add oil in a heated pan

Deep fry the fish from both the sides and keep aside

Now temper the jeera seeds,bay leaf and whole garam masalas
- 5
Add chopped onions and saute adding salt, turmeric powder and red chilli Powder

Now pour the masala juices and saute till the raw smell disappears

Add little water and allow it to boil

Add the fish and cover,so that the fish become soft and juicy

Finally add garam masala powder and remove from oven

Rui rosha is ready to be served
