1raw mango(large)
1 tablespooncherry crush
1small cup sugar
1/2 teaspoonBengali five spice
To tastesalt
As neededoil

Peel and grate the mango

Heat oil in a pan and temper the five spice
3

Add the mango and saute adding salt
4

Add water and sugar
5

As it becomes a little thick remove from oven

Garnish it with cherry crush

Serve it cool
